I have purchased many versions of this type of adapter and this is my favorite. Speed of delivery is not fast, but, it is worth the wait. Why? The big reset button will not drop out like the smaller pin plug ones. It comes with pictured instructions that helps a lot in avoiding time wasting incorrect screw installations. The ribbon cable is just the right size. The screws needed were included and I actually got one extra. The packaging was professional looking. Nice boxes and everything plastic wrapped, not just tossed into a baggy. I appreciate everyone who sells these adapters regardless of design and cost, but I have to say again that this is my favorite.
